The central concept behind the design of this multi-family residential apartment revolves around the idea of creating a shared green playground that welcomes the residents at the entrance and establishes an immediate sense of openness and community. This verdant foreground acts as both a visual and social anchor, offering a refreshing retreat within the dense urban fabric. The surrounding landscape design enhances the natural character of the site, where the interplay of soft greenery and built form creates a pleasant transition from public to private space.
At the rooftop level, a community zone has been thoughtfully designed to serve as an active social hub as well as a quiet sanctuary for relaxation. The rooftop green court accommodates diverse activities — from informal gatherings to contemplative leisure — and reinforces the project’s commitment to environmental well-being.
