Architect Shafique Rahman from Bangladesh has been appointed as a member of the prestigious International Union of Architects (UIA) Work Programme on “Public Health” for the term 2021-2023. This significant nomination places him within a dedicated international team operating under the leadership of the programme’s appointed Director, Ray Pentecost of the United States.

The UIA Work Programmes are focused initiatives that tackle critical global challenges through the lens of architecture and urban design.
