D.Arch/ B.Arch

REQUIREMENTS: 

1. Diploma/ Bachelor in Architecture from any reputed University. 
2. Strong understanding of Architectural Graphics, building codes & construction details.
3. Expertise of working drawings and RAJUK Sheet is required. 
4. Software skill: AutoCAD, MS Office Suite.
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a design team and take direction from architects.
6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise, well-organized drawings.
7. Good time management skills to meet project deadlines.

SALARY AND BENEFITS: 

1. Monthly Salary: BDT 20,000 – 30,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
2. Lunch Facility 
3. Complimentary Breakfast for employees maintaining the 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM schedule (3 days a week).
4. Festival Bonus equivalent to 50% of basic salary.
5. Annual Leave entitlement of 10 working days.
6. 2 additional weekends days (fourth nightly).
