B.Arch

REQUIREMENTS: 

1. B.Arch. from any reputed University and minimum 2 years of working experience in Architectural Consultancy Firm.
2. Proficiency in detail 3D modeling and rendering software such as SketchUp, D5, Lumion.  (Proficiency in 3ds Max/ Enscape will be appreciated)
3. Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic visualizations of architectural projects.
4. Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
5. Good eye for lighting, textures, materials, and composition.
6. Experience in creating both still images and animations, with knowledge of post-production tools like Photoshop.

SALARY AND BENEFITS: 

1. Monthly Salary: BDT 28,000 – 35,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
2. Lunch Facility 
3. Complimentary Breakfast for employees maintaining the 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM schedule (3 days a week).
4. Festival Bonus equivalent to 50% of basic salary.
5. Annual Leave entitlement of 10 working days.
6. 2 additional weekends days (fourth nightly).
